This book details Audrey' s solo paddle from Ketchikan to Skagway. A real DIY adventurer, Audrey' s catchcry is to "go solo, go simple and go now", and paddling a cheap inflatable canoe, she demonstrates the techniques needed to enjoy many weeks of remote voyaging and living off the land and sea.
As an avid reader, I've found just a handful of exceptional titles over the years and unequivocally, this is among those books. Mind, I suspect that Audrey was an exceptional woman.
