She's Officially Mine!

I handed a cheque over on 8/8/2015 but not until today did bohemian officially pass into my care.

Delays were due to my unwillingness to take on mooring rental ($300 per month) and the Previous Owner going AWOL. I thought he'd taken off to New Zealand, but I suspect he's just gone incommunicado. So the lack of paperwork sent our local bureaucracy into a horizontal spin. Anyway job done!

I celebrated by buying a new flag, but at 3' x 5' may be too big to hang off the rudder-hung flagpole!
